Vladyslava Makhova, UX/UI and Product designer

I really enjoyed working with Vladyslava and would highly recommend her. She is a talented designer with a great eye for design and strong attention to detail.

She is responsible, reliable, and always puts care into her work. On our project, Vladyslava led the design team and did a great job supporting the team and delivering high-quality results. She is not only a great professional but also a wonderful person to work with.

On the Rework project, Vladyslava worked as part of a multidisciplinary team — contributing to user research, shaping the product concept, and designing the web application itself. Her key contribution was the AI assistant flow: she thought through the user experience, interactions, and logic behind it, and also created the project’s logo.

She collaborated effectively across every stage of the design process, combining analytical thinking with strong visual skills to deliver high-quality, user-centered work.

Collaborating with Vladyslava was professional and consistently effective. She brings calm and sincerity into teamwork, communicates directly and respectfully, listens carefully, and engages without defensiveness — qualities especially valuable in cross-functional product work.

She approaches product design tasks thoughtfully and with good context awareness, paying attention to user needs and details, and adapting well to feedback — focused on improving the product rather than defending solutions.

Vladyslava worked through a full end-to-end product journey — from an initial idea to a functional interactive prototype. She worked with stakeholder and user interviews, developed user journeys and personas, built the product’s information architecture, and delivered a cohesive interactive prototype in Figma.

In team collaboration she was reliable and professional — communicative, respectful of different perspectives, and comfortable in a collaborative environment. She stayed organized and accountable, delivered all work on time, and contributed positively to the overall team dynamic.
